Greg has over 10 year's management experience within the Australian Licensed Club Industry. Greg has completed studies in Business Management and holds numerous other Industry based certifications. Greg is responsible for the sales and marketing function, strategic relationships, product and process improvement, new product development and has overseen the day-to-day running of the company since early 2003.

Michael Alexander (Sales Operations Manager) joined CDOL in July 2005 and has an extensive background in the Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Industry. Michael’s experience has been gained at an operational management level and also as a senior gaming analyst with a leading gaming machine manufacturer. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business. Michael is responsible for the sales and account management program in New South Wales, Queensland and ACT.

Brett Jones (Senior Account Manager) joined CDOL in September 2006 and has over 16 years management experience in the hospitality industry, of which he has 8 years experience in an executive management capacity. This wealth of experience has been primarily enjoyed in the Licensed Club and Casino sector, with additional key activity roles in Hotels and Resorts. Brett holds numerous industry and formal qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Technology, Sydney. Brett is responsible for the sales and account management program in New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

Debbie Marsden (NSW Account Manager) is the latest member to the Account Management and Sales team joining CDOL in June 2008. Debbie has over 18 years experience in the hospitality industry, covering various roles in clubs, restaurants and hotels. For the past 7 years she have held positions as marketing manager for various venues within the registered club industry. Debbie holds a Diploma of Business Management in Marketing. Debbie brings with her a strong understanding of club management and buisness decisions enabling effective customer support.

Nikki Elwood (Operations Manager) joined CDOL in September 2004 and has a proven background in Information Technology specialising in multi-media and online applications. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Information Environments from the University of Queensland. Nikki leads the data management team taking control of the system process and procedure to ensure efficiencies and improvements are continually built. Nikki is also responsible for Quality Assurance (QA).

Paul Bosma (Administration Support Officer) joined CDOL in October 2006 and has a proven background in business administration, accounting and marketing, and holds a Bachelor of International Business. Paul oversees the day to day accounts and general administration of the company, as well as being responsible for marketing support and database management. Paul is also responsible for general assistance to the operation support & sales teams as well as the managers of the company.

Shannon Waller (Operations Support Officer) joined CDOL in July 2007 and has a work history primarily within the financial and administrative fields. Shannon is responsible for communicating with clubs to ensure that all data is submitted on time and also communicates regularly with the clubs to ensure the validity and accuracy of data being sent for processing. Shannon endeavours to provide clients with detailed and comprehensive information of what is happening in their club. Shannon and Darek lead the financial section within CDOL.

Darryn Stanmore (Operations Support Officer) joined CDOL in September 2007 and brings vast knowledge of computer systems and databases. Darryn has gained his expertise working in a variety of fields including, but not limited to: major water projects in the South East Queensland, the constructions industry, legal and finance industry. Darryn plays an integral role in data management and publish functions and communicates with the clubs regularly to ensure that all data is submitted on time and to verify the validity and accuracy of data sent for publishing. Ben has advanced skills in Administration, Planning/Scheduling, Customer Service, Purchasing and IT Tech support throughout various industries. Darek Oleksy (Operations Support Officer) is the latest member of the operations team joining CDOL in June 2008 and bringing with him 16 years of experience in dealing with customers and suppliers, quality control, office administration, accounting and human resources. Darek, who is from Poland and has been living in Australia since September 2006, has an in depth knowledge of computers, networks and the internet. Darek holds a Bachelor of Marketing & Management and has many other formal qualifications within the IT and Business industry. Darek plays an integral role in data management and publish functions. Darek and Shannon lead the financial section within CDOL.
