CDOL and Roy Morgan Research have partnered to develop and launch a new online, dynamic research tool for licensed clubs - CDOL Web Reporter. The tool will facilitate increased profits through improved understanding of consumers, ranging from poker machine players, non-gamblers to smokers and non-smokers.

A sample of over 56,000 consumers is taken annually with the results added to the database quarterly. The tool will assist to answer the following question plus many more on consumer trends:

• What are the changing demographic profile of consumers within my region?
• What are the changes in gaming consumers since last quarter and from previous years?
• What are the latest gaming and entertainment spend of various consumers?
• What are the latest food and beverage preferences and how have these changed over time?
